How long in advance should we book?

Best is to book a guide as soon as you have an activity planned. The number of participants can be communicated a week in advance.

How can we find the guide?

The guide wears a Vizit- badge and has the mobile number of one of the participants. If necessary, the guide will call you at the time of departure. Problems? Call 09 233 76 89.

Where does the tour start and end?

This depends on the walk you’ve chosen. We inform you about the meetingpoint when you book, but the meetingpoint and end of the walk can be different. If this matters to you, just let us know, and we check if this can be adapted to your wishes.

How to pay?

In case of reservations for large groups we send an invoice for an advancepayment. Wait for the final payment when you receive the invoice after the activity. Several walks are billed in advance, culinary walks can be paid afterwards.

How do I choose my budget?
The higher the budget, the more refined the menu will be. The chefs can work with more expensive ingredients when you choose a higher budget. But even with minimum budget a nice menu will be presented.

What’s on the menu?

A surprise! We give the chefs ‘carte blanche’ and they prepare something taking into account the budget that has been chosen. Therefore, it is important that the participants inform us about the special dietary needs (vegetarian, allergies, pregnant woman,…).

What if the number of participants changes?

Is there a person less or more? Just let us know, by phone and email. If you inform us three days in advance, we will charge you a small fee. If the number changes the day of the activity, it is the restaurants who decide whether there will be an extra charge.
